Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data Workout Guy collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
Workout Guy does not collect any personal data. All workout data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, and progress history. No data is transmitted to any server.
Workout Guy does not require you to create an account. There is no sign-in, no user profile, and no authentication of any kind.
Workout Guy does not use any analytics tools, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks. We do not track how you use the app.
You can export your workout data at any time as a file saved to your device. You can also import a previously exported file to restore your data. This process happens entirely on your device. No data passes through any server.
If you use Workout Guy on an iPhone paired with an Apple Watch, workout data may be sent to your Apple Watch to display active session information. This communication happens locally between your iPhone and Apple Watch over your personal device connection. No data is sent to any server.
On Apple Watch, Workout Guy reads your heart rate from Apple Health to display it in real time during an active workout, and starts a workout session in Apple Health so your workout can continue running in the background. Heart rate data is only displayed live and is never stored by the app, saved to Health, or transmitted anywhere.
To delete all your data, simply uninstall the app. All locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device.
Workout Guy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we add features in the future that affect how data is handled, such as cloud sync, accounts, or analytics, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect that change.
